This place is convenient and has an infrared sauna that is easy to book and no fuss. I wish they had hooks in the room for the clothes but outside of that the staff is really helpful and pleasant. It's a bit more expensive than some other places but this is Darien. It is to be expected given the area.

I went here this last weekend with my husband for the Infrared Body wrap because we have a 2 yr old and have been all sorts of sick for 6 months. I figured why not try something to reset. I couldn't have imagined feeling as good as I did. I had a triple spinal fusion 5 years ago and my first daughter at 42 2 years ago. So needless to say my body is in need of some care. And this is it. The studio is relaxing and profession and the therapist are knowledgeable and welcoming. We booked another session and plan on making this a regular thing.

Found this place after watching Chris Hemsworth go into a sauna in the pursuit of better wellness. I figured if Thor can handle the heat, so can I. Salt + Sweat was clean and the staff were friendly. There was ample parking (a huge positive) since that is a concern after you hit 30 years old for some reason. Will definitely come back here again and bring friends. I subtracted one star due to the lack of a shower.
