Meeting Diane was a pleasure it was my first time getting electrolysis hair removal. So I was very nervous for my first appointment because I don’t like pain and I was scared it was going to hurt she made me feel so comfortable end it was so painless it was so amazing and she has such a kind heart. Diane tries to accommodate her schedule with my crazy hours at work I can’t be more happier how my results are looking. If anyone is thinking about permanently removing hair she is the one to call!

Diane is also flexible in scheduling and makes the experience quick and a pleasure. Coming to Diane with issues with unwanted hair on my ears, I could not be more pleased with the transformation she accomplished. Early on she provided a plan of what I could expect and my experience conformed to what she predicted. As a guy I was a little bit apprehensive and embarrassed but Daine was just terrific about making me feel at ease. My issues are well under control and I only go back on occasion for a short "touch-up" but I frankly look forward to catching up with Diane when i do.
