I scheduled a deep tissue massage at Silent Retreat Spa to address chronic back and sciatica pain. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The therapist, Jenny, was incredibly knowledgeable and pinpointed the exact areas causing my discomfort. She applied just the right amount of pressure and frequently checked to ensure I was comfortable. The room was clean and minimalistic, which added to the professional vibe. After the session, I felt a significant reduction in pain, and my mobility improved. This was my second visit, but it won’t be my last!”
I’ve been to Silent Retreat Spa several times and have been treated by multiple therapists. They are each super knowledgeable (especially Jenny), they take the time to understand your specific conditions and needs, and they are very professional in their approach. If you’re an athlete or dealing with body aches and soreness, or just need to release tension, they will do an outstanding job to identify and treat accordingly. They are also exceedingly friendly and conscientious. I would highly recommend this spa - you won’t be disappointed.
This store recently changed management and has been completely renovated. It now looks fresh, clean, beautiful, and welcoming. The staff are highly skilled in massage and provide excellent service. Prices are reasonable, and the membership rates are especially affordable. I really like it and will definitely be back!
