Joe was my expediter to get a certificate of compliance for an existing property. He is very knowledgeable and capable of navigating the labyrinth that is the Town of Brookhaven’s building code. Double Check Builders converted our existing attached garage to living space, constructed a new attached garage, and replaced our siding. Matthew is the consummate professional; he and his team were excellent to work with. They did excellent, quality work in the time frame that Matthew presented us with at the beginning of the project, all at a fair price. We could not have asked for a better experience.
