I've been the recipient of a few beautiful arrangements from Art Flower, but I recently ordered centerpieces for a shower at Chat Noir & let me say, they have a new loyal customer! Debbie was so sweet, patient and creative with coming up with the arrangements. I didn't have much of a vision outside "pretty", but she was able to envision a great design based on my location & preferences that exceeded my expectations. Such a talented florist! Thank you!

I initially bought a bouquet of peonies for my wife. They didn't bloom and were a crusty brown on the outside. I called two days later and was told to bring them in. I did so and they exchanged them immediately for a beautiful bouquet which my wife was thrilled with. no questions asked - no hassle. They did not ask any questions and apologized sincerely. I appreciated their service recovery and overall kindness.
