Cool gym in Rockaway Beach. The machines crowd the floor a bit, but it is manageable and there is a separate room where one can do floor exercises. No screamers. Lockers and showers available, you bring your own lock and soap. And yes, you can safely drop the soap.

I use to come here pretty often drove by one day I love to work out and glad I gave this gym a try should be talked about more in queens, I got much respect for Sean as well he is the truth very knowledgeable he makes sure your good and always looking out for you anyway possible.

I have been a member of several gyms over the years but this has been my best experience thus far. I have another gym across the street from my home but prefer to travel here. The staff treats everyone like family and the atmosphere is always positive. The hours of operation, the equipment, and the cleanliness are also a plus.
