The guy who answered the phone took the time to talk with me even though I wasn’t looking for service. He recommended a local company that would have the brand name part I was looking for, and also let me know what generic brand part number sold at the big box store would work. I put their number in my phone and will be using them if I have any repairs in the future.

I called this company on Friday, July 7th to get my Samsung Dryer fixed as it started making a grinding noise. I spoke to Jim and he said he couldn't make it from Friday thru Sunday to fix my machine. He scheduled an appointment with me for Monday, July 10th and I called and texted him multiple times to confirm appointment and he never answered me. Meanwhile, I sat in the house all day waiting for a person who said he would come and didn't and never answered calls. How can a person be in business if he can't communicate with customers. I called Jim at Upstate after a no show from another contractor. He was reliable and communicative. He also worked with my crazy work schedule. He came by and gave us quotes on items and reasonable dates and prices for installation and then was able to come early when my schedule changed, to get them installed. Wish I had more work for him to do at the house because he was so reliable!!!Services: Household appliance installation
