I don't typically stick with things very long, but I just renewed my membership for another year with UFO Fitness. My coach is fun, knows his stuff, and helps me improve at my speed and my level of skill. I trust him and consider him both a coach and a friend.

highly recommend UFO fitness if you're looking for personal training in Rochester! not only is it one of the most affordable places (and I did a lot of shopping around) its a fantastic program and gym. I work with kayle and I absolutely love it. im down 4 pounds in 2 weeks and its been great. they really take their time with you and push you in a rewarding and fun way. I've done 6 sessions so far and honestly im always looking forward to the next one! The gym itself is not crowded and quiet and has great equipment. I feel confident when I go and always feel like im getting my session worth.

I normally only post bad reviews but this place is genuinely the best! Super welcoming group of people that always make it a fun and enjoyable experience. Probably will end up being my only company to work with, just can't see my self going anywhere else.
