Roc Cleaning is an amazing company!!! Quick to respond even when you know they are getting a lot of calls for the same problems during troublesome weather. We had a Sump pump fail and flooded our basement with about 3 inches of water before we realized it. Called them and Patrick responded back within 10 min. Then he came by with blowers and air circulators along with a massive dehumidifier in about an hour and half. Very responsive and had enough to dry areas of concern. definitely recommend them!!!! Patrick was wonderful. Very professional. He listened to what my needs were and definitely went above and beyond. I could not be happier or recommend his services more! From pretreating to cleaning and then adding an oxidizer afterwards to brighten our ten year old carpets. Totally worth it and quite affordable as well!!
