Horrible experience. DR. Masaba was unable to see any if my medical records so he asked me questions about past injuries from at least 20 to 25 years ago to piece together a story about why I had a finger injury now. He he wasn't nice at all, was a bit strange and made me feel as though I was being interrogated or on trial for a crime. The office was dirty and unorganized and the receptionist was very unprofessional. I never want to go there again. Beware!

Horrible receptionist and doctors idk where to start. First off they are rude and disrespectful the receptionist will argue with you and refuse to hand over the right paperwork so you can go back to physical therapy and get well. The doctors their especially dr masaba should not be doctors. Man didn’t even look at my xrays I had to show him a picture on my phone 100% unprofessional especially when you try to get me to admit that I have scoliosis when I never had any issues with my back in my life

Love the therapists and the Dr. I’ve had a full ankle sprain, Achilles tendon sprain, a torn tendon on the left ankle, fluid build up and turf toe on my big toe which the Buffalo bills had to take a player out for a year with turf toe. I also have nerve damage in the entire foot and ankle. The Dr there was the first Dr to order an mri (after seeing the Otho surgeon for two months) and was able to fully determine my injuries beyond a simple sprain. The physical therapist are friendly knowledgeable and beyond supportive and helpful in my lengthy recovery process and rehabilitation. So personable and make treatment much easier considering it’s been 15 weeks and I’m still in a boot cast. It hasn’t been easy but they’ve been so supportive and helpful I am really truly grateful for their time and dedication to helping me. 5 stars.

Dr unable to arrive to appointments on time, inexperienced in extensive back injuries, push paper while avoiding root cause of pain and injuries. Will refer you to outsourced specialists without first ordering a full imaging to ensure awareness and extent of injury as to ensure the accuracy in course of action. Outcome, did not help. Issues unresolved, specialized in injections without first reviewing imaging to see where injections should go. When patient gets upset, they discontinue services because they can't fulfill their duties in ethnicity, non judgmental opinions, empathy and fulfilling the needs to listen and understand patient experiences, pain level and source of injuries. They can't pull hospital records, cannot look into injuries that they have clearance to view and/or all client records just disappear after years within their client/patient platform.

Absolutely horrible staffing along with inconsiderate doctors that seem only there because that is the last place that are willing to hire them.

If you can help it, go anywhere else! The staff is in constant rotation, they dont file paperwork when you need it, you have to constantly call to get what you need, they reschedule appointments repeatedly and the the physicians don't really seem to care!
    Annoyed!!!

God forbid someone gets to the phone it’s ridiculous I understand people are busy and stuff but when you have a question that takes maybe a 45 second phone conversation to answer and im sitting on hold for over 10 minutes listening to other people call because you can hear the phone ring while your on hold and nobody picks it up so you just sit there listening to it…. pretty annoying
