I just want share that 'KJ' is an AWESOME technician! Everytime I need something done, i ALWAYS request 'KJ' (he's polite, professional & ALWAYS A JOB WELL DONE)! If I could give him 10 STARS.. I would!! I will continue to use 'My Locksmith' services again & again!

My daughter bought an older home. We wanted to change the locks. On Jine 25, 2024, I found this business. I called, and was told someone could be at her home in Rochester between 1-2 PM. Elmer called and said he was on his way, about 12:20. I liked him right away. He came in, installed new locks, and was so professional. As a Mom, I was relieved that my daughter had new locks. Thank you. Then on Friday the 28th, I discovered that one on my locks had broken. I called, The next day, Elmer was at my home at 10:30 am. Now I have a new lock. Thank you My Locksmith and thank you Elmer.

KJ handled the locks on my new house. He was very pleasant, very quick and thorough. In our chat, we found out we went to the same high school and he lived near my grandparents. It was a very positive experience and I would happily recommend KJ as he is someone who genuinely loves what he does and it shows. Thank you KJ!
