horrible customer service and driving instructors , especially the zoom instructor very unprofessional lazy and likes to antagonize the girls in his classes they refused to give me a refund over the phone both time I spoke to there representatives I was hung up on and then got an unprofessional text message to my personal number by there company representative threatening me an still never refunded me , the money wasn’t the issue I just don’t recommend booking through them at all or waisting you’re time !

I had a really great experience with Morgan’s Driving School. From my very first lesson, I felt comfortable and not judged at all, which made a huge difference since I was pretty nervous at the start.
My instructor was patient, clear, and took the time to explain things in a way I could actually understand. I never felt rushed, and every lesson helped me build more confidence behind the wheel.
What I appreciated most was how they focused on real driving situations, not just test prep. By the time I was ready for my road test, I felt prepared and way more confident than I expected to be.
I would definitely recommend Morgan’s Driving School to anyone learning to drive or needing a refresher.

They now have a cheap and problematic owner who doesn't honor what the school offers my old lady is taking lessons and they have made it a hassle in the ways listed, they are supposed to pick you up at your home they refuse, they won't allow her to choose the best dmv to take the test which is allowed as long as its in Monroe County, and the its overpriced just for a chance at getting a pass on the actual test

My instructor Steven was being very passive aggressive for both of my lesson and unprofessionally rude, after having a disagreement he resorted to a racist comment telling me to go back to where I came from and to go back to my neighborhood to fight, I’m a person of color and I felt very offended and disrespected

I forgot his name, older gentleman, thin and average height, white gentleman. He was the most patient person ever with me behind the wheel and I had so much anxiety and I was attempting to escape a dangerous situation in Rochester that I was trapped in. I snuck out to driving lessons and he taught me so much. I never drove before, almost got in several accidents because of other crazy drivers in ny (1 was almost my fault). He was so vigilant, wise, clear in communication, and saved us with his emergency break right on time. He was excellent at correcting my mistakes effectively. I needed 10 lessons okay but that’s my fault. He is excellent at making anyone calm behind the wheel. I am so grateful that he was my instructor and I would recommend him to anyone. I am an excellent driver now in case you’re wondering. All thanks to him. Please give him a medal.

I love this place. I had Stephen, and he was phenomenal! He was able to teach with an effective manner, and he was able to help me fix my driving issues after I failed the first time so that I can pass! He even bought me a cinnamon roll because he knew I'd pass the second time! Stephen, if you're reading this, you're amazing!

I paid for five 45 minute lessons and didn't learn anything but what I already knew. My first instructor was very passive aggressive and by the time i got till my last two lessons with another driving instructor because my first one wanted to teach me what he wanted, he told me that he thinks I should pay for morn lessons, what a scam! almost $400 down the drain would not recommend!! to add on they pushed my last 4 lessons into two instead of 4

The instructor my daughter had was patient, knowledgeable, and made her feel confident behind the wheel. The lessons were well-structured and tailored to her own pace to set her anxiety about driving at ease.
