I probably wouldn't go there again for mani/pedi's. The guy at the check in is grumpy. The nail staff was nice enough. The pedi was good but she used the grater on my heels a little too much. I was sore for a week after. And my mani, no nail soaking or bed lifting. She just cut the cubicle dry which left the nail area with dry skin peeling.

They only do gel nails here. Stings when you do your nails bc you have to cure it but they did a fabulous job and it always looks so natural. their pedicures are relaxing as well, they usually let you sit and soak for a while which is nice. The workers will give you a shoulder massage as your toes are drying under the dryer which is a nice bonus.

I wish the massage aspect was a bit more of a focus and I have been other places that offered free drinks but overall for rochester this location is clean, polite, and not as crowded or busy as other places here that I’ve tried so I have returned a few times and had a good experience.
