Harman flooring is my go to place for hard wood floors. I am very happy with the hard wood flooring that I’ve purchased over several years (3x’s over 20 years :-) They are still looking beautiful and going strong!!! I particularly like working with Tom (owner). He is very pleasant, patient and answers all my questions offering suggestions and things to consider when I was looking and then purchased vinyl flooring for a kitchen this past year. It was my first experience with vinyl flooring. I am pleased so far with the flooring that was finally installed this Summer. However, we had difficulty with the transition threshold from the kitchen into the living room due to different levels of flooring. The problem was explained to Tom and he gave me some options and wood samples that he thought might work. Unfortunately, my contractor didn’t think he could make it work. When I returned the samples to discuss more options, Tom was not in. I worked with someone else and explained the problem. It was recommended to use the vinyl threshold the manufacturer had because it had flexibility and 3-1 options. It could transition equal and unequal floor levels with 1product. Sadly, It did not do what it claimed to do .... it only seemed to work on equal floors. My contractor and I called Harmon to discuss the problem we were encountering with this product. We all decided it would be better to discuss the problem in person. My contractor went in to see if there was something that he was missing or missing in the instructions. The sales rep could not figure it out either and he was going to check with someone else. He was going to get back to us. After a more than reasonable amount of time, my contractor followed up again in person, but with someone else. It was a lot of back and forth w/o a solution. The product (3-in-1 hallmark Griffith) didn’t work as it had claimed. Unfortunately, we were told that there was nothing more that they could do. No offer to take the product back, notify or return it to the manufacturer. Since we were stuck with it, my contractor made it work as best he could, but there still is space under the threshold that shouldn’t be there. There is not a smooth transition from this vinyl flooring from the kitchen to the hard wood in the living room as it was suppose to be. As unhappy I am with this product, situation, and Harman’s rep not supporting the customer in this case, this won’t deter me from using Harmon flooring again. Overall, I am very very pleased with their hard wood flooring and most sales reps, but will always look for Tom first. I appreciate that they always offer names of contractors who can install their flooring. Fair pricing and worth going to visit to consider their products.

We thought we had our floor picked out to our liking, then when we showed pictures of our kitchen to them they swayed us to a different option and it was perfect.We ended up going with that choice of natural red oak and it came out beautiful. They were spot on with this choice. I suggest you take photos of the rooms you plan on laying floor down in and use their expertise and experience. You may not use what they suggest, but it's a great option. Great selection of flooring added with great service is a win.

Harmon Hardwoods was great to work with. We purchased hardwood floors for the entire main floor in 2017 and returned in 2020 to buy flooring for our entire 2nd floor. They product is top quality and they provided us with several installers.

We worked with Harmon hardwoods to replace all the luxury vinyl tile on our 5 year old house. The vinyl was failing and falling apart. We replaced 1600 feet of flooring with engineered 3/4” maple. The flooring is just beautiful. Tom Harmon was exceptional. I can’t say enough positive things to say about him and his brothers. We have worked with harmon’s for 40 years and they have been consistently excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
