Exceptional care from Dr. Lippa. He whitened my teeth and I’m so happy with the results!

Always friendly and professional. I receive my dental cleanings every 6 months and I love my hygienist. I actually enjoy going to the dentist.

Earlier today I was seen at Irondequoit Family Dentistry for dental discomfort. I was extremely pleased with the manner in which I was treated by every member of their staff. The source of my discomfort was located and immediately attended to by the dentist(s) who consulted one another over the best course of action. I have full confidence in the skills of Dr. Lippa and Dr. Parks. I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a caring and competent dentist office.

I was in and out as i expected. Staff there are very friendly and my hygienist Mary is bery professional and thorough.

I had a good experience at this office. Dr. Lippa did a good job with my dental exam. I had a good cleaning with Ann. However my issue is with Dr Park's office staff. They are rude, arrogant, and condescending. They can't even do a simple email referral.

The team is very professional, comprehensive and they have excellent service.

It as an overall great appointment. The Dentist and staff were welcoming and knowledgeable.

My second visit to this office since my dentist retired. The transition was very smooth! I found my hygienist, Laurie, to be excellent, thorough and very knowledgeable.
The office staff are friendly and helpful. I had a conflict with my appointment and changing it was just a phone call.

I'm a new patient at this practice. Everyone was so welcoming. I actually love going to the dentist Lol. They are all so nice and the receptionists/aides always make me laugh. I can't believe all of the state of the art equipment and technology Dr Park has here! Impressive. Just left there after a great cleaning by Ann.
