I'm really happy with the service I got from Mike and his team. They quickly fixed my laptop's complicated issue for the quoted price. The staff was friendly and kept me updated. My laptop works like new now. I highly recommend them.
I had a very nuanced technical issue preventing access to my cell phone, but I am VERY happy that I came across this company! Mike (the owner) was very professional in every way, and did a brilliant job in resolving my issue after every other computer/phone repair shop claimed they could not solve my problem. Mike was very transparent in walking me through the steps he would take to resolve the issue, and went above and beyond to make sure he would provide a solution timely manner. Mike was AMAZING to work with and could not have asked for better service! Right from the start he was open and honest about the pricing and the rough length of time it would all take, he answered every question I had for him either through phone call or text regardless of the time of day I was asking and even sent me pictures of my PC thought the process to show me how it was all going step by step!
