big scam, book clients for money, and give middle finger to anyone who actually needs their help because you haven't been forking over the money month after month after month. Keeping them on the client list. That and the woman is just vile and don't care about you or your pets.

I could not be more happy with the care that my beloved girl had received right until the end. They had done everything they could for her and I could not have asked for better. Every single person I encountered was compassionate and empathetic to what was going on with my Whiskey. I will forever be bringing my fur babies here.

We have been going to Williamson Animal Hospital for quite some time now and they have been knowledgeable and wonderful. Recently we had to put down our cat and they were very sympathetic and sent a beautiful card. I thank them for all that they do and highly recommend!

We have been receiving care here since 1965. After the pandemic I was considering changing to a different facility. When my senior cat was diagnosed with a chronic and life ending diagnosis, Chili Animal care has offered and cared for her with skill, committment and empathy. I am very glad we did not change to a different facility. They have made this difficult time easier and dignified for all of us. Unfortunately there is only one doctor here but she is knowledgeable, skilled, with great communication skills and is supportive to my cats and to us humans as well.

๐ง My Cocker Spaniel is on epilepsy meds and I made an appointment for his blood levels to be checked, as they do every year. He was almost out of his meds, so my pharmacy sent a request for a refill. I got a call telling me he needed to be seen before they would fill it. I asked her to look since I already had one set up for 7/5. I asked her if his results would be back fast enough for me to get a refill and I was assured they would be. I took him in on 7/5 and they did bloodwork. I asked 3 people in the office if we will get the results back in time. One person said it would depend on how fast the lab works on them, but I work in the pharmacy and I knew I could get a 3 day supply if necessary.
On 7/6 I get a call that I missed and called back immediately, but the office was already closed. This was shortly after 4PM. I've called before in the early afternoon and I got a message they were closed. No idea why they would have such short hours.
The vet did leave a message, only to tell me they didn't do the correct blood work and I needed to bring him in again to get it done.
I called on 7/7 and asked if they were going to pay for their mistake since they were supposed to do it on the 5th. I got stuck paying $143.00 for this, on top of over $50 for the other blood work. They did send in a script, so at least he could get his meds, but if the script changes, I will be stuck with that too.
I gave them almost $1100.00 the beginning of the year for 2 dogs and 3 cats to get checked out, since they never contacted me to let me know when appointments were due.
They told me on the 7th the 2 dogs needs rabies and some other shot and I told them I would get them done at a clinic, since I am not paying for an office visit just for them to get 2 shots.
I had heard good things about this place and at first they were good, but their service has gone down the toilet in the past year and I think people should be made aware of this.
I would have expected much more from them that what I received.

I have gone to this Veterinarian office for over forty years it was great. The Vets office was recently sold to Monroe Vets and everything went downhill. All the doctors have left that were part of the original Chili Animal Care. This is very sad what has happened to this Vets office. If you have a sick or injured pet you will not be able to be seen. You cannot even get in for annual visits for many many weeks. They will send you to Monroe Vets Emergency Services their prices are outrages. You will spend hundreds if not thousands at Monroe Emergency Services. This is not how any Vets office should operate. Please look for another Vet for the sake of your pet.

This is a totally unreliable veterinarian site. One of my cats has swollen ear. I called and was told because he didn't get shots there ( I go to the free county clinics as have 5 cats ) and cat hadn't been seen since 2019 (healthy cat) they wouldn't see him. They are down to one vet as I guess all others left. Wonder why? I have no respect for this facility. I have other pets still there and been there regularly for their care. I am transferring all to another more compassionate and dependable veterinarian. Poor customer service at best.

What is happening at Chili Animal Care? I have been going there over 30 years. Now you can't make an appointment in advance. You are now told to call at 8:00 am to see if any appointments are available that day. I tried that and was told no openings for that day so try again the next day. That is not convenient! Who came up with that bright idea? They aren't even sending friendly reminders for care. I was told by a staff member they have 4000 patients. I would say that's too much for two doctors. Has it come down to how much money they can take in. No more loyalty to their long time patients!

Not sure what big conglomerate is buying up all the small vet clinics but I believe this is what has occurred at Chili Animal Care. My family has been a client since the 1960's (Dr Ragu), even after moving to Greece I continued to travel to chili because the staff was knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. Not anymore, it's not the vets, it's the company in which they work. Suddenly thay can't fit you in for an emergency or to get your pet euthanized ! Instead you are rudely referred to the Emergency clinic in Henrietta (most likely the new owners), where they get to pick your pockets for a $100 visit. No more advanced appointments, you have to call first thing in the morning to get an appointment for the same day. REALLY Is this meeting your customers needs, I think not. The vet use to give inoculations, now it's a technician and you are billed for a "wellness exam", but never see a vet. I'm not going back. Looking for an independently owned small town vet.
