Meets my needs and is a worthwhile convenience. They do often try to pick up/deliver items early, which I appreciate on the one hand, but on the other I'm sometimes not ready. I've also had separate bags for delicates thrown out.

Before I was able to get in the building laundry attendant Melody was already bringing me a cart, she is the nicest attendant I have ever known and most are nice. The card system is convenient and the new machines do a really good job. I was happy with my experience my only advice would be (for the company) get better seating, the stools are nice but can be a liability, no backs or arms on them and they are counter height, make it uncomfortable to sit while you wait. Regular chairs may be better

Clean, well-lit, air conditioned, lots of good machines with various load sizes (single through triple load), lots of folding surfaces ability to pay machines with PayRange app instead of cash / quarters, convenient parking.
