I've done four piercings with Andie and I plan on getting more from her! She does a great job explaining exactly what she's doing and putting people at ease. She's also amazing at working with you to achieve the vision and look you're going for depending on what you want and your anatomy. Her area is clean and she's very thorough in prep and explaining aftercare so I've never had an issue with my piercings healing. She's also assured me I can reach out with any questions or ideas of what to do next. I recommend her to all my friends 😁

My 6 year old got her first ear piercings here. Andie is awesome, great with kids. We had 2 parents and our other two children there all at once. She handled lots of questions and took her time with everything.

She was amazing with my daughter (5y/o) and explained every step and every tool. She allowed my daughter to choose when she was ready to continue and made the whole process so much easier on her. My little one didnt shed a single tear. We will definitely be going back.

For reference, the very bottom piercings have been healed for about 7 months at this point. Andie is fantastic and the only piercing person I'm going to go to for my ears until I leave New York State in general. She is extremely professional, super down to earth and kind, and makes the entire experience pleasant.

I saw Andie a few days ago for an industrial piercing and she was absolutely amazing. During the anatomy check, she noticed a scar from a daith piercing that had previously rejected and took the time to explain how certain metals can contribute to rejection. I really appreciated how thorough and educational she was right from the start. After measuring and marking my ear, she walked me through all of the tools she would be using and explained the process step by step. During the piercing itself, she told me exactly what she was doing and consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. It made the entire experience feel calm and controlled. Once the piercing was done, she didn’t just tell me how to clean it, she actually showed me. She also recommended using antibacterial/antimicrobial soap, which was something I hadn’t been advised to do before. She mentioned some aftercare products she sells but never pressured me to buy anything, which I really respected. I’ve had five professional piercings before seeing Andie, and I’ve never had an experience like this. She made me feel completely comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I’ll absolutely be going back to her.

Our experiences with Andie over the years have been nothing short of incredible. Back in 2024, when my middle daughter was about to turn 8, we went to Andie for her first ear piercing. As my daughter’s nerves grew, Andie’s patience somehow doubled. She coached her through one lobe, and when my daughter decided she wasn’t ready for the second, Andie didn’t push — she supported her wholeheartedly and celebrated her choice to wait.

Fast forward to last week: my other two daughters decided they wanted their ears pierced as well. We went back to Andie, and she guided my oldest through double piercings and gently worked with my youngest, who needed a little extra time and confidence. We returned the next day, and she did it!

Then came my middle daughter — the one who had only one lobe pierced since 2024. Seeing her sisters succeed gave her the courage to try again. After an hour and a half of pep talks during one visit, and then another 2½ hours during our most recent appointment, she finally became a two‑earring girl! Andie was right there with us the entire journey — patient, encouraging, emotionally invested, and truly cheering her on. She was nearly in tears with pride, just like I was.

You can see that this isn’t just a job for Andie. She pours her heart and soul into every single person she works with. She cares deeply, she loves what she does, and she strives for absolute excellence in every interaction.

I would recommend Andie to ANYONE. You will not be disappointed — she is one of a kind!

Another amazing experience! This is our 4th visit to Andie and we are always so happy with everything. Ears, nose, re-piercings, jewelry changes - she has done it all. The store is lovely and welcoming. Andie has a wonderful selection of jewelry, she takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you’re truly comfortable when there. The space is clean and Andie takes extra time to show you how to clean the jewelry properly. She even offers samples and products to buy there. We will never go anywhere else :)
