Rod was able to come by within a day of my first call. He fixed our problem (decoupling and removing a secondary hot water heater) with ease and charged a reasonable price. I will 100% call him again for future problems.

Our hero! A hose to our RV sink developed a weird leak on our trip from FL to ME. Leak probably started between WV and Gettysburg. It's impossible to find RV repair without a 2 to 3 week wait!So I started calling plumbers along our route without much luck. Headed into Cooperstown, I lefta VM for Rod just after 5 pm and, by golly, he called me back! We offered to drive up to his place and he said he'd give it a shot. Woo-hoo!Super nice guy and he was able to patch us up and send us on our way.So if you're anywhere near Cooperstown or Richfield Springs, give him a call!

Rod stopped by our home within 15 minutes of my call to work on the top floor bathroom plumbing. He quickly looked at all the bathrooms to assess the entire home‘s plumbing before addressing the specific bathroom in question. This helped rule out any larger issues throughout.In the end, there were two simple clogs, one in the sink and the other in the shower pipe, which he showed me and quickly corrected. He explained what to look out for next time so I can repair it on my own.During my initial call I mentioned that I may also need a new seal around the toilet since I noticed water at the base.
