My cat has had two emergencies in less than a week, and I have been absolutely heartbroken and beside myself. Watching her go through so much has been one of the hardest things I’ve experienced, but the staff has been a source of comfort during such a scary time. Everyone has been so kind, compassionate, and understanding. They have gone above and beyond to make my cat feel better and to reassure me when I was overwhelmed and worried. It is clear how much they truly care about the animals they treat. I am so grateful for the patience, kindness, and incredible care they have shown my cat and my family during such a difficult week.

Have 2dogs now, have had multiple fosters over last year and a half. Before that, have had 3dogs over 20 some years. Always used Rhinebeck Animal Hospital. Very professional, and have taken good care of my animals.

Unexpectedly fabulous EMERGENCYexperience! My Siberian husky stepped on bees, was reacting very badly, threw up a Benadryl. I gave him and was acting very strangely. I wondered if he was having an anaphylactic reaction. I walked into this vet with no warning, and they took immediate care of him and charged me nothing. They could not have been nicer or more friendly and reassuring. Thank you so much
