When I rescued my German shepherd, Lily, the very first day I got her, she looked like she hadn't been bathed in months: her nails were long and gangly, she smelled like a kennel, fur was dirty. The next day I found Barks and Bubbles and was able to bring her in same day and I swear, she came out looking like a totally different dog and you could tell it boosted her confidence too. 5 stars without a doubt.
We really appreciated you accepting my cat to shave his knotty coat off. You were gentle, yet firm when needed. He probably weights 5 lbs. less, and now is showing increased mobility.Your love for animals shows, and they sence it! We are forever grateful.
Owner tries her best to get you in as soon as possible. She takes great care grooming your dog and treats it as her own. I highly recommend.she is patient and thorough. It's apparent that she really likes what she does.
