The care and kindness shown by Sinai Chapels made the process of burying my beloved mother as easy as this difficult time could be. David is professional, kind, and caring. He was wonderful and we are all grateful to him and the staff at Sinai Chapels.
Our father passed away December 2022 and Sinai Chapels did an outstanding job...very attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable getting us a superb Rabbi, locating the gravesite as the papers could not be found...planted a tree in Israel in his honor, got him his US Navy flag, quickly got us the death certificates and made for a perfect graveside service that we know our Dad would have been proud of...we were...a heartfelt thank you to everyone at Sinai Chapels...
This is the review no one wants to write. However, these people deserve praise for making a terrible occasion as easy as possible. My mother in law passed last week in her apartment. Sinai led us gently through the procedure of pick up arrangements, arranging a service, selection of casket, getting a rabbi, obtaining death certificates quickly, etc. Eric and Anthony made our middle of the night calls peaceful and efficient. Melanie and her partner treated my father in law with kid gloves at 2 am. (There may be a second Melanie, who helped my husband on the phone, who was also wonderful).
