I am extremely satisfied with my recent experience with Sideris Plumbing & Heating. John Jr. was professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What initially began as an assessment of my unusually high-water bill and a concerning gas smell quickly turned into a thorough and insightful evaluation of my entire plumbing and boiler system.
Living in a multifamily home, I find the boiler system to be complex, so I especially appreciated his keen attention to detail. Top-tier service! I called Sideris on a freezing day, and John saved the day. He fixed my boiler on the spot because he carries extra parts in his van—no waiting days for orders!
John fixed the boiler, but also went above and beyond, performing safety tests and cleaning the boiler flues and coils at no extra charge! He even solved my years-long headache by installing a Google Nest Power Connector, finally fixing my thermostat’s power drainage issues caused by my old system.
