Well, the truth is I gave it 5 stars, for 3 reasons. The first, because it is two blocks from my house. The second, because the employees are very attentive, and they help you with what you need. And the third reason, because they are the cheapest machines in the sector. But the reality must be said. Drying machines are a disaster, they don't heat anything, and you put coins in them, and you put coins in them, and your clothes are still just as wet, so what do you save on competing machines; here they take it away from you with those obsolete machines. The place was clean and organized. The machines worked fine, both wash and dryer, and the price to clean your clothes is acceptable. There is good customer service, they were helpful and informative from my questions about the washing/dryer machines and getting a parsons laundromat card as well, they were clear and on point with various steps.
