Customer service and staff are very friendly and accommodating. As for check ups, it’s pretty surface level so I recommend if you have serious concerns to make sure to get a second opinion asap and not wait as the examination process is not detailed to pinpoint cause of issues without specialist.
This review was edited: prior to edit, I would say my experience was 1 star horrible, but the staff was transparent in the misunderstanding and provided resources and answers following up.
Pro-tip: don't schedule an appointment for 9am, the staff won't arrive until 9:30am. Other than the lateness and somewhat oddly specific questions from the virtual medical scribe, I have no major complaints about this place. The PA took care of me quickly and I was out of the door promptly. Just don't expect anyone to be there at 9am nor for the doors to be open at that time or you will be waiting outside in the cold.
Every time I go the reception have attitudes. Asked for a medicine change. Told me they would get back to me and they never did. Asked for a time to set up an appointment for me. They called me on the wrong date and time to tell me I missed their appointment. The receptionist written it down and yet they called me wrong time.
