Priti Jain was the most unhelpful, dismissive doctor. I have diagnosed arthritis and he said it was probably "all of those meds" I am on for my mental illness and instructed me to seek help elsewhere. I had to ask several times for referrals to specialists before he finally said he would give them to me.

Customer service and staff are very friendly and accommodating. As for check ups, it’s pretty surface level so I recommend if you have serious concerns to make sure to get a second opinion asap and not wait as the examination process is not detailed to pinpoint cause of issues without specialist. This review was edited: prior to edit, I would say my experience was 1 star horrible, but the staff was transparent in the misunderstanding and provided resources and answers following up.

I’ve been waiting for several months a referral to physical therapy and they haven’t help me at all! Worst place ever

I have a workers' compensation case, and the doctor who saw me referred me to physical therapy in October, but the authorization was never sent. I had to stop after three sessions and still can’t continue because they haven’t resolved it. I’ve been calling and texting for 4 months with no progress. Can you imagine the frustration?

Update: So are you going to “find the loophole” to totally screw a min wage worker out of more than a weeks worth of pay? If so, I’ll have to apply for emergency welfare at the mercy of my fellow tax payers. We will see and I’ll update again on how much or little BS you put me through during what little free time I have.
SCAMMERS. They scheduled me for an appointment with a doctor that DIDNT WORK FOR THEM?? So guess what that means? They weren’t in my network and now I have a $750 bill. Everyone was SO NICE too! Typical trashy car salesmen. But that’s healthcare in America, right? Just one big used car lot.

Incompetent staff unprofessional waste of time. Show up late having you wait outside until they arrive. Dont tell you what you need before you show up so you have to pay and then come back and pay again. Don’t read the documents they are given. Just ignore you and treat you like cattle. Disgusting behavior.

Do not recommend these people took a payment from me by mistake then when asked about it they told me call the billing department however I've been calling the billing department for the past 4 weeks and they have yet to send me my refund and anytime I call their support team they keep giving me false promises stating they forwarded to their billing department but I have yet to get any calls back from them nor any updates stay away from shady organizations like this they also messed up on my drug screening and called me back saying the drug test was inconclusive and needed to retest me which I have no issues retesting however its rather unprofessional how they go about their business as a whole.

DO NOT, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Especially if you are taking a child.
IT HAS BEEN THREE DAYS SINCE THEY HAVE YET TO SEND MY SON’S PRESCRIPTION TO THE PHARMACY!!! I went here with my son who was sick, only because his doctor was leaving early that day. I will just list what happened: -The seats are dirty. Only one tiny love seat to fit sick patients. -The staff, as friendly as the front desk and Nurse were, ended up being incompetent. The woman who took us in the room didn’t even know how to operate the equipment. When we made her aware that the scale was broken, her response while smiling was “maybe you have gained weight.” Super unprofessional. -This same nurse aggressively used a tongue depressor on my son to the point where he projectile spit up phlegm. This nurse just stood there in shock, not doing anything. When she did move she didn’t even grab a napkin or anything. It was almost as if my son wasn’t sitting there with phlegm all over his shirt and shorts. -Then the nurse practitioner came in. She was nice. We pointed out the scale and that is when she immediately realized that the scale was set at 26 pounds!! -The worst part is that she prescribed us three medications, all of which were rejected from my pharmacy because that woman did not accept my insurance!! - I contacted them and they said they would need a doctor who accepts my insurance to sign off on it. This is after the customer service person questioned the reason behind the decline, even though I knew the reason. He put me on hold fir an exuberant amount of time.
That was Monday. It is now Wednesday!!
If you care about yourself or loved one, avoid this place like the plague.
