I’ve been needing a hair cut for a while and walked in because it looked calm.I told him I have wavy hair that can be scrunched into curls, or be brushed straight. I said that I need it Longer than shoulder length.He doesn’t confirm how short it’ll be when he starts cutting like stylists normally check. He just says he’ll do what it needs. I show him again, not shorter than 4” …5” max. He cuts it 7” and at the end says, look! It’s still longer than shoulder length! Well actually no i tell him because I dont have straight hair. This review is overdue but since my hair has yet to grow back to a reasonable length I feel the need to write it. I had been going to Herman on and off for half of my life and always let little things like either side being slightly uneven go. However, this past August I told him I was getting ready for a wedding the upcoming weekend and needed to make sure my hair fit into a ponytail for styling. I showed him a specific picture for him to get an idea of what I was looking for. Instead of putting any effort into a cut like he usually did, he picked my hair up in one big piece, lifted it up and cut straight across. It no longer went into a ponytail.
