We had 5 units installed last month, after 3 weeks one AC did not work properly, now 2 others are not working properly. This is a disappointment as for the price, we should not be getting defective AC's. The repairmen we get are very good but the AC'S are not. The repairmen came last week for the first one. Now have to call for the other 2 to be checked out.
I hope when defective AC's are being returned they are not recycled and reinstalled in other places. This doesn't look good, please investigate the quality of your units.

Two days ago, my PTAC unit stopped working. I called Lion Enterprises and spoke with Mike. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and courteous. He immediately explained which model would be the best replacement for my apartment and scheduled the installation for the very next day.
The installation was completed promptly, the price was very reasonable, and the new unit is reliable and works perfectly.
