iFlooded was one of the companies I called in a panic on a Sunday night after sewage water suddenly backed up through my drain pipe and flooded my basement. Brad answered all my questions over the phone and assured me that Alex would come to assess the situation the next morning. Alex was prompt and professional. I really appreciate how they encouraged me to look over my homeowners insurance policy to check if I have coverage for this and sure enough I did! I wasn't in the headspace to think to do that, so I'm glad they prompted me to do so. They were amazing. They were there in less than an hour. Set up fans and dehumidifiers and tested walls and floor for water - then they came back and replaced floors, walls, carpet and were very professional.
