After almost 2 weeks of research and inquiries,I finally made the decision and very satisfied with my current kitchen.The team is very professional and responsible,especially Ann who helped a lot with the design. Highly recommended!

After shopping around for kitchen cabinets for weeks, l accidentally discovered Hysen Flooring and Cabinets.I found the kitchen cabinets and the countertop I was looking for here for less than what they were asking for at other places. I was also extremely happy with the customer service I received. Our sales woman Jane was knowledgeable, attentive, and accommodating. I definitely recommend this place!

Hysen Flooring and Cabinets has a variety of tiles, all of which are very beautiful and inexpensive.Mr. Jiang is a top drawer craftsman.He is patient and careful.He knows a lot about cabinets and is very experienced. He can give the best advice I highly recommend everyone!!!

I have done 3 renovations and ordered 80% of my materials (kitchen cabinet, countertop, flooring, tiles etc) from Hysen. Never experienced any problem but professional service and advice! I like the one stop shop and trusty worthy service during hectic renovation time. One of the partner Ann is my go to person for any renovation material/idea person! Highly recommended!

overpriced cabinets, tiles and everything at Hysen. you can find same exact products a few blocks away much cheaper. The woman An who showed us the kitchen products is the owner but when I pushed back on her, she pretended to work for some guys, saying that she cannot make the decision and has to get back to us. A consummate liar. In addition, she was rude. Why in the customer-facing business then? I would avoid this place. Wish I read some of reviews before I went in. I heard people who left good reviews were employees.

I was recommended to go to this store by my contractor. In the beginning, I trusted this business since they had patience with me when I was selecting bathroom tiles and cabinets for my home renovation. However, when the tiles were delivered to my home, it was incorrect. My project was delayed by this mistake on their end. Then, the store manager suggested another tile that she claimed was more expensive than the one I initially chose. The initial tile I selected was in stock. The new tiles arrived, and the bathroom was installed by my contractors.Then, when it came to my kitchen cabinets, the process became even more difficult. Peter and another woman came to my home to do the measurements but it seemed as if they were more interested in getting my deposit than taking accurate measurements. The measurements were taken on a Tuesday and I was told they would be ordered the same day. The cabinets weren’t ordered until Friday later that week. When I questioned why the cabinets weren’t ordered in time, it was lies after lies.Before placing the order, Peter emails me to confirm the measurements. I questioned him as to why he was asking me about measurements since he was the one that was measuring, not me. I didn’t pay this business so I could do all of the work myself. I had to confirm a few measurements for him and the cabinets were ordered.When it came time for delivery, I was pressured into paying the remainder of the balance. My cabinets arrived later than scheduled and I refused to pay the balance until it was installed to see if there were any issues. Good thing I did. The cabinets I ordered were incorrect and it was too late to change. I went to the store and met with the store manager to explain the problem until things became aggressive. She was rude and Peter was on the phone yelling at me. I had every intention on paying my remaining balance and also choosing my countertop and backsplash with the same store. The conversation became heated and I paid the balance and walked out. Not only did the manager and Peter screamed at me and cursed at me, they were fighting like animals amongst themselves.I suggest anyone who would like to do a renovation to not use this store as their vendor. In the beginning they seem nice and helpful, but it’s just excuse after excuse and lie after lie. Now, I am going to another store to get my countertop which will delay my project again.I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I regret the day I first walked into this store.
