I met Dr E Acevedo thanks to a nice friend. I work 5 days a week, each day more than 10 hours, 99% of which I work standing. My problem is that I started with pain in my heel. I bought insoles at pharmacies to mitigate the pain but they didn't help me. I am 20 Years Old recently been diagnosed with What appears to be a case of Mild scoliosis and uneven pelvis besides my flat feet condition. I work as a Chef on a 24 hour Grill and Deli, As a chef I had to spend long periods of time standing either Cooking and bringing orders in the basement and back storage room and we May already know In New York some storage room lack of space and mobility to actually feel free and comfortable to move around so I had to do certain movements and Twist my back that we're not beneficial at all for my spine. I hope this review help you,I'm 32 and I have been working in film industry as a camera man and restaurant as a server for 9 years plus I work the part time job that I have to sit and work in front of computer for many hours a day. Recently 2 years I hurt my back so bad like needles stick on my spine. I feel every single time that I tried to stretched my chest up.Yes..
