Positive eexperience at the City MD located in Jamaica, Queens to get my medical issue resolved immediately. An option than waiting hours at the emergency hospital. This was on a Sunday when there are no doctor offices opened and I got there before closing time at 8pm.
I appreciate this amazing urgent care facility that offers the utmost superb patient care when I’m in need of medial assistance from the being greeted by the security guard and the front staff to the medical team. I would to commend them with the heavy flow of patients they always maintain their professionalism. This is a prime example of what most hospitals lack as well as urgent care nowadays. This is why I always opt out the emergency room when I can can come here to be well attended to my medical inquires. I had a really good experience at this CityMD location (jamaica ave 162-21). I was seen quickly and experienced no issues. Everyone waiting seemed to get in pretty quickly. My Dr and MA were both very nice and my Dr explained everything in good detail and answered all my questions.
