The doctors are usually great, the reception staff is the worst. They don't care about you, don't even give eye contact. They move at a snails pace, nothing is urgent. They are more interested in yapping about personal stuff than working, roll their eyes when you ask for a print out. Go to fresh meadows or even better, northwell health urgent care on bell.
It was nice to see front desk person help others who needed help check in to the kiosk. Wait time was bearable, about 1/2 hour. Staff was pleasant, "doctor" time was brief but efficient. Surroundings were clean. I would recommend.
This City MD is one of the cleanest urgent cares in queens area. The staff is very nice and the medical assistant was very sweet. Dr Barlas one of the doctors there is kind nice personality and very knowledgeable doctor.
