They didn't finish a warranty repair job due to cold winter weather and refused to come back in the spring. They said the warranty period has expired during the wait. The job was started before the warranty expired but they feel they don't need to honor it anymore. They will not return calls or emails. Totally untrustworthy and disrespectful.
