My grandmother was a resident here for rehab. When she first arrived things were a little rocky (due to being short staffed). But the rehab team did an excellent job with getting my mom better. She enjoyed the activities and on the days she felt down, she told me that Talya (the concierge) came in with a smile on her face and it brightened up her day. Kudos to the staff
I recently had to stay here for rehabilitation after being in the hospital. The care team on the 3rd floor was absolutely Great. I was treated with such respect. I've been a long term resident here for over 3 years and this will forever be my second home. I am on the best floor in the facility and my nurses and aids take care of me like family. Pt is great here some of the best in dutchess County! And the customer service is a hundred percent satisfactory. I could not have asked for a better concierge Alexis! She truly cares for her residents and she goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything that we need!
