I highly recommend D Rohde Home Services, as well as the repairman Jordan who worked on today’s job. Jordan was highly professional, clearly explained the work and costs ahead of time, and fielded all of my additional questions with thorough answers.
John was friendly, knowledgeable, and snaked our shower drain many times, as well as filling my washing machine and letting the water out to see if the problem is resolved by snaking many times. When the washing machine is in the rinse cycle, the water overflows and comes up in the shower drain, and sometimes overflows in a flood on the floor. Mr. Rooter did a great job! John also suggested that we get a new water softener ( ours is rented from Culligan and old, and not doing its job.) He also tested our water for hardness etc. I was sent estimates on jetting the drain, water filter systems and new water tank.
