I have to say that the Utica crew (Terry, Mark…all the guys) are really fantastic to deal with in every way. They are so patient and helpful. They take the time to learn about your project and understand what is needed to get things completed. They will share their recommendations and discuss options…it’s really great. Terry in particular has been very generous with his time and expertise to walk me through a radiant heat install that I am handling myself. I know a half step above nothing about plumbing, but I was in a situation where I had to figure out a repair. Potsdam Plumbing Supply was my THIRD stop looking for a part. They had the hard-to-find extender in stock, and the spout/diverter I needed, and I got it all for less than the price of just a spout at the big box store down the road.
The staff is also super helpful and encouraging. My tub spout is no longer leaking hot water thanks to Potsdam Plumbing Supply. Great experience, and I’ll be a customer for life (though I hope I don’t need to do much more plumbing).

Excellent service! We needed a boiler for an emergency install and the boiler was ordered Friday, and delivered on Monday. Terry and the staff were all helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed.
