Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I've had a membership with this Hand and Stone location for about two years. Sadly, there is only one massage therapist that I prefer. In the past few months it has been literally impossible to book an on-line appointment. If I call this Port Washington location I must leave a message and hopefully they will get back to me within a day. It's usually inconvenient when they do call back because I have then to check my calendar to book the appointment. The last time I went into the office the reception area was empty and when the receptionist came out she looked at me and said "Who are you?" Really? Not, good morning, can I help you or even a welcome. Horrible professionalism.

The masseuse was terrific however she didn’t ask me about using hot oil and then charged me thirty dollars extra after the massage was over. That was not right. It makes me think twice about going back

Took my fiance for his bday and he couldn't stop raving about it. Which we could do this more often the prices are a bit high. Our therapist were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great spa.
