I've had the pleasure of knowing Professor Pizol for well over a decade. He is a very knowledgeable Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and has spent several decades mastering the art of Jiu-Jitsu. Over the years, I have visited many different academies in the area and I believe that Pizol BJJ is the best martial arts school in the Port Chester area hands down. There's a great room of training partners, the facility is immaculate and there is plenty of free parking. If you are considering changing your life and taking up martial arts, I highly recommend seeing what this academy has to offer.

I can't recommend Pizol's BJJ enough. It truly has become almost a home away from home. Pizol is a fantastic teacher and mentor. I leave every class with more understanding of the sport because of Pizol's patient and cerebral approach to teaching. Not only are the classes elite, but the gym is clean and safe.Other BJJ gyms will kind of throw you into the wolves and give you the treatment of "hey if you like it, sign up, if not, then don't waste our time" but I never felt that.
