When no one showed up texted them. At that point for a call asking if we had a service contract. When we said no was told they only work with people who have such a contract. Not on their website We wasted 2 hours and of course by 10:30 night we could not find anyone elseWould be careful doing business with them.

Ed the plumber and his helper put in a new hot water heater last week.They actually arrived early, finished efficiently, and checked their work to be sure of function before leaving. Ed has done other work for us previously (shower fixtures) and similarly did a professional and excellent job. I would recommend him without reservation.Pauline Baber
