Deck came out great. However, they completed lattice incorrectly and we were assured that he would fix it when he was in the neighborhood. We paid Donald, felt we had a good relationship and trusted him, however, he never returned. No reply in emails or phone calls.

Yes it takes some time for Don to be ready to begin work. The last several months have been nothing but rain which he has no control over. Don is highly skilled and obviously experienced in deck building. He offers excellent design ideas through out the process. He even helped us with landscaping issues. His team is polite, highly organized and neat. We have several dogs and without asking each day he made a makeshift stair case so the dogs could us the backyard instead of having to bring them from the front of the house to the back. Finally he keeps the lines of communication open at all times. We highly recommend Just Decks.

Donald and his team went above and beyond. I cannot thank them enough for being the key players in creating our dream deck. At first I was unsure of what deck to go with but Donald put us in the right direction and we are so happy with our new outdoor space. From day one, our needs and our expectations were not only met but exceeded. We were so impressed with the craftsmanship of their work, would recommend Just Decks to anyone.
