Best experience with Heating & Cooling company ever- professional, extremely knowledgeable, explained all work to be done. Installed new furnace; work was done timely and neatly. Finished product works amazing- Going forward, will ONLY use Mendon heating & cooling and recommended to all my friends

Virtually everything about working with Mendon HVAC was top notch. They didn't oversell us. They recommended what we needed. When asked about upgrading to a higher model, they said the ROI would be horrible and un-necessary. Bob, RJ and a third gentleman installed our system THEMSELVES on a Saturday. (Don't under-rate the importance of this!) They corrected other HVAC issues that they spotted with our previous system without additional charges. I had quotes on a new gas furnace and AC/heat pump from 7 different firms. I am so happy that I chose Mendon Heating and Cooling to check my A/C system. Bob and Terry were so professional and lovely to work with. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, even some about my furnace which is 15 years old. As a single homeowner, it can be challenging to find a trustworthy service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
