Summer’s massages are amazing. She’s gotten me through the last five years. As a stylist who works long hours on my feet and has had 2 babies since I started going to Summer for massages, I will definitely recommend her!

Integrated Wellness Systems has multiple locations that advertise therapeutic massage and are affiliated with local medical insurance and offer doctor referral discounts. I found out about the company from an online deal that stated it was an - Initial $90 value package for an 1 hour Orthopedic massage. When you call their number you will be triaged to a massage therapist who will personally call you to schedule your massage at the location and time that works for you which was convenient. The Pittsford location is located within Tobey Village Office park and is located in a Chiropractor's office. I arrived at the scheduled time of my appointment and was greeted by the Chiropractic staff who seemed friendly but slightly off putting "Yea, we don't keep track of the massage schedules, she should be here soon." My massage therapist arrived in 5-10 minutes and I filled out initial paperwork. For what I thought was going to be a medical/therapeutic Orthopedic massage the consult discussion was very short - less than 5 minutes. I stressed that I wanted focus on 2 areas of the body. This location is not the type of place to go to expect a quiet, peaceful or relaxing type massage. The office sounded busy and was loud just outside the door. The "relaxing" music that was being played during the massage sounded like a Local hospital TV commercial background and that was just really distracting me and was far from relaxing. The massage itself was approx. 45 minutes. The 2 areas that I specifically wanted addressed were not focused on, 1 was barely even touched. I was overall disappointed. I am not sure if the very brief consult and my shortened massage had to do with the online deal. I would think you would want to put your best foot forward with an initial visit to try to get repeat customers! I left out the massage therapist's name as I know everyone can have an off day, but with many options in the region for therapeutic massage, I will go elsewhere in the future.
