This was a last minute stop when i was leaving the mall. Owner said "sure you can stop in" we have time. Well they didn't. Owner did my nails and took probably 10 phone calls while trying to finish my fill. FIVE people came in while he was doing my nails and they confirmed they had appointments and ended up waiting 20-30 minutes. Not cool. I told him to reshape one of the nails that was misshaped and he tried, but between phone calls and cashing people out, they didn't look good. My nails were different shape and one was glooped with acrylic and polish. Beautiful place, but owner needs to know it's okay to say No to a customer calling at the last minute. I went here while visiting family in the area. Location is pretty, right on the Erie Canal which you can see while getting your nails done. Walked in without an appointment and was seated quickly. I got a pedicure and gel manicure, total was around $65 which my sister says is typical for the area. They did beautiful clean work on my nails. My only complaint is this shop is small and a bit run down but otherwise definitely a solid option if you're looking to get your nails done.

Ok. Sometimes good, other times not so much. I have noticed if I go on the weekend I feel rushed and often the quality isn't as good. Go during the day on a weekday if possible. Better service and quality.
