First the gentleman who picked up the carpet was very nice and the work was completed as promised. the carpet has an odor that I don’t enjoy but maybe that’s the process I don’t know. They didn’t promise that it would smell like roses :)
Our issue was with the estimate. We were given an estimate and were told that if there were any additional costs we would be contacted and given the opportunity to move forward with the job or not. On the day of delivery I received a call that my carpets were ready but that it was going to cost and additional 1/3 more than what we were quoted. No call asking if we wanted it done. Just charged for it.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chem-Dry of Suffolk County did an outstanding job on all of our upholstered furniture — everything looks brand new again. They also removed every pet stain and completely eliminated all odors, which felt like a small miracle. The technicians were incredibly professional, pleasant, and meticulously neat. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

My neighbors recommended Chem-Dry and I’m so glad they did! Tom is great -so responsive- and knows how to get pet stains out of our wool rugs. We rely on Chem-Dry of Suffolk County to keep our rugs and furniture looking great.
