I work for a company the rents one floor of a building. Because many of the buildings were shut down after Wyeth was purchases by Pfizer, they are now experiencing the rebirth pains of being pulled back into service. There seems to be a real problem in controlling the temperature of the buildings, although our area seems to be a bit better now. We had no back up generator for a long time, which can be a real problem in the sciences. We often come to work to tarnish yellow water coming out of the taps. We've also had many ceiling leaks and we are not even on the top floor. On the plus side, our labs are a good size and the campus is conveniently located for commuting.
