Pete Meringolo and his team did a good job restoring my garage and office space after a burst pipe. Pete arrived promptly, was clear about the process with insurance and mold assessment, we began drying within 5 days after the burst pipe - mainly because insurance took time to assign an adjuster. His team did a clean demolition job, dried it thoroughly and performed mold remediation.
The mold scrubbing and disinfection was done well, and when the inspection showed still elevated levels, they diligently re-cleaned the area until it passed the inspection.
