Today was my first time at Salon Justin Charles. I reached out to Justin for help. I had a bang trim that had gone bad at another salon. I didn’t like how they looked at all. I told Justin my concerns. He was able to get me in today. He was so courteous, helpful, and a kind person. He talked with me about my various options. He also kept me informed along the way. I am beyond satisfied. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and has a calm presence. I can’t wait to get my hair pampered at this place! Thank you so much for helping me! ?

I recently moved out to the Southtowns and decided to switch salons. Salon Justin Charles is fantastic! Everyone so welcoming and friendly and I cannot be happier with my haircut done by Katie ! She totally understood what I wanted and is clearly good at her craft. I have also had a wonderful pedicure from Liz.if you are looking for a salon in Orchard Park I highly recommend this one !

I went to see Megan and Adel who by far exceeded my expectations!!!! These two phenomenal ladies are not only so talented with their craft but also, the most professional and caring!!!! Thank you so much!!! I highly recommend
