Things have changed since the move to Benzing Road, but there is more parking, new physician assistants, more employees, and not to mention they are directly above a skin doctor.
It may take a few visits to acclamate to the change, but they still embody the same care as always.
WNY Dermatology. Very Professional staff. It doesn't take long for a body scan. No machines. Skin Cancer is nothing to ignore. They deal with all types of skin condition s. I went for a skin check up. Im glad I did. First time. Front door, downstairs.
I absolutely love this place. Dr. Nicole is so nice and has good bedside manner. However, their calling service is awful. I thought it was a spam caller. They called me months after my appointment, told me I had a skin condition that I don’t have, told me I can try their new photo therapy services. I kindly told him no thank you. He wouldn’t take that for an answer and asked me when I wanted to schedule. I kindly told him again that I didn’t need the services and he tried to schedule me. I had to hang up.
