It's hard to get through that South practice building on North benzinger. Today is Thursday and nobody's answering the phone. And I need to talk and find out if a prior authorization was done today. But nobody's answering
Was a patient for many years with another Dr, Nelson he left me . They have a New Doctor Alfredo Rodes.Hes a good man an DR. Definitely cares more that Nelson, Nevertheless they give Clean ,Quality helpIe. You need to update your emergency doctor line Nelson and Guth with have both retired
We were referred there for my 10 year old son, they are great with kids! The entire staff from front counter, nurses, the Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Doctors have provided great care, compassion and respect! They are VERY reliable when it comes to issues with insurance, medications & returning phone calls.The doctor that we saw had great bedside manor & she was very personable!I definitely recommend them!(BTW: My 5-star review was absolutely NOT "paid for"!)
